The company covers the UK from its Midland base has 200 corporate
clients ranging from government departments and agencies such
as Business Link to major PLC's such as Canon UK, Yorkshire Post
Newspapers, Bayford Oil. Institutions and charities including
the Princes Trust, the Royal Armouries Museum and the Road Haulage
Association are also clients. The professions such as Solicitors
and Accountants, Chartered Surveyors and Civil Engineers continue
to use our services as the most professional way of starting a
new client relationship. Maintaining our links with financial
services has helped us to create an excellent working partnership
with Berkeley Independent Advisers, an umbrella organisation with
300 member firms. BY APPOINTMENT provides appointment making and
seminar maximisation services to the group.
The telecommunications
market has also been a successful area for telemarketing and our
association with NEC, Canon UK and Siemens has resulted in consultancy
services with 10 resellers. Our abilities to gain high level appointments,
qualify leads and train existing telesales staff make us a valued
and effective part of any effective sales strategy.

Over 30 years experience in financial services including insurance,
banking and corporate finance. Set up the company in 1995. Recognised
as an authority on telemarketing practice and telephone skills
training. A frequent speaker at Business Networks, local and national
marketing events.
Siouxsie
Welt-Fisher: Operations Director. Siouxsie has worked at the
top echelons of government and the professions in a business career
spanning several countries and continents. She has organised seminars,
events and conferences on a global and national scale and is chiefly
responsible for managing our growth and maintaining corporate
relations.
